I carry a Glock 21.  the gun probably has around 5000 rnds through it and has never had a problem until recently.  The gun has started to have failure to feeds.  the rnd keeps getting wedged between chamber and the slide.  to fix the problem all i have to do it tap the slide forward.  I do have a streamlight TRL2 on the gun.  some advised that it was the problem.  i have had this light on there for probably the last 1000rnds and never had a problem.  the ammo i was using was federal american eagle which has always functioned well.  some thought i was limp wristing the gun.  I put my light on anothers gun and used my mags.  I shot several hundred rounds and never had a problem.  I also changed the guide rod spring in the gun and still experienced the problem.  I get the failure to feed about every 20-25 rounds.  any suggestions i am lost on this one.         thanks

My first recommendation would be to install new mag springs.
