Well, it was about four hours away from my Birthday when my uncle calls me up and tells me that he's going to drop on bye the house. So he pulls up and gives me his GLOCK 17. He told me that he's done working as a correctional officer for Monroe County FL and that he doesn't want it any more. He knows that I carry GLOCK pistols on duty and that I collect firearms so he figured what the hell... he'll give it to me. He had forgotten that my birthday is today (as a write this, he gave it to me yesterday) so I figured what the hell. It's the thought that counts. Got me another GLOCK 17 to play with. Pretty good shape. Sights are a little dinged up from the holster but that's about it. It's a Generation 3 Mark I. Pictures coming soon. |
