Did you leave the original Glock baseplate inside the mag ? You need to remove and discard it.

yes , i removed it and put the pearce base plate in it, it can do 11 rounds when forced. I really wanted the +2 rounds, i know its only 1 round but ...

A couple of other things to look into:

1) Check the generation of magazine you have. I don't know about mags for the Glock 26, but in the past Glock have produced at least 3 generations of magazine for my Glock 22, and the newer ones (drop-free, with a steel insert) are a much tighter squeeze to fit the rounds into. Glock may even have done some BS modification to prevent people in AWB states from extending the mags illegally ?
2) Push the last round in REALLY HARD with a mag loader... some people struggle with their fingers alone.
3) You can always increase capacity by trimming coils off the mag spring. If you switched to an extra power Wolff spring you might be able to lose still more spring before reliability becomes an issue. I'm not sure I would do this on a CCW piece, as you never know what modifying the spring will do to its working life.

I would call Pearce. I can't help too much, as I have mans wrists and thus carry a Glock 27 in 40S&W , which of course only goes +1 with the extension.

Thanks stealthy, when i pushed on the magloader really hard it almost fit into it but i noticed the lips of the mag were starting to bend outwards. yeah , youre right about cutting the coil if i use it as my CCW( which is what it is) i guess ill just settle for the 11 rounds, also nice comment about the mans wrists
