I want a new gun. I want something with strong knockdown power and cost will not be a issue. I don't plan on shooting at the range much. BUT I do plan on taking with me in the woods and may come across coyote, beers, and other animals in Oregon. What should I choose??? What are ballistics of each caliber? 10mm 357 sig 45 auto may even try 45 GAP G39? |
For bear you want at a .44 Mag wheelgun. Of those, .45 is the cheapest to run. Whatever you get, you need to put in some range time so you can use it, even under teh stress of a bear attack. |
