Anyone have light primer strikes with a G30 with the occasional failure to fire?  Light strikes with Winchester, CCI, and Federal factory ammo.

The channel liner, spring, and pin are dry and free of gunk.  The firing pin is not obviously damaged.

Any ideas or solutions?

HotRod 9mm, where are you?

I would send it back to Glock. No excuse for this if the firing pin is dry. JMO

IIRC, Glock uses the same striker spring in all models. The larger caliber (.45/10mm) glocks have strikers that weigh about 10% more than their smaller caliber counter parts. Due to this reason some folks like to run a Wolf +1lb (6lb) striker spring in the larger caliber Glocks if they see light strikes with the factory spring.

Pull the slide, and look at the top of your trigger bar (cruciform) for a P/N. It should end with -1. If not, I would suggest replacing the trigger bar/trigger assy.

Got it back from Glock yesterday.  They replaced the trigger bar.
