| I'm getting my first Glock (17) and want to get me a can for it. Where can I get a threaded barrel for one? I've heard of Lone Wolf. These any good? Any others? |
If it's stainless then why does it look OD Green? Not picking. I want one and wanted to know if you painted it or if it just got discolored. |
I KG gunkoted it OD. This particular gun is my range plinker which is why I strayed away from practical towards tacticool. What can I say, the kids like it. |

If you want a GLOCK-made barrel, Noveske Rifle Works usually has them in stock. www.noveskerifleworks.com/ He takes a Glock 34 and cuts it down. Usual threading is 1/2x28. Personally, I prefer 13.5x1 metric since the spin of the bullet due to rifling tightens the can onto the barrel--rather than unscrewing it like the standard 1/2x28 does.... I have an Evo9 and Noveske is the only guy who's barrels are recommended by AAC. I've heard that Lone Wolf barrels are OK--same with Jarvis and BarSto. Whenever possible, I like to keep with factory-made parts--but sometimes it just isn't possible..... Hope this helps. |
