I picked up a Glock 20 for a REALLY great price. However, the previous owner had take a dremel to the frame - removed the finger grooves, and removed some material from under the trigger guard to get a higher grip. I realize that these mods void the warranty, however.... Could I send the frame back to Glock USA and would they replace it for me? If so, how much would it cost? What's the process of doing this? The rest of the pistol is fine, and I could live with the mods. However, my hand fits the full sized pistol better with the finger grooves present. I wouldn't mind getting a new unmodified Gen 3 frame if it cost...oh..less than a hundred dollars. Otherwise, I'll just keep the pistol as it. - Cioppino |
