Got this today from A Local gun shop , i had one on order with the picatinny rail but the one they sent to the gun shop had the Reg Glock rail, i will pick one up with the Picatinny rail in a few weeks.

Congrats....

I'm going to buy one just like that soon, but mine will only have the regular mag release.  I've got a bunch of magazines for the regular 21 that I want to be able to use.

Got two of them myself. First one had a picatinny rail. After discovering there were no holsters available for the picatinny version with light mounted, I bought one with a Glock rail.

The picatinny version makes a TLR-1 hang below the triggerguard, the Glock rail puts the light just below flush.

Thats a fine looking gun.  I bought one Friday but have not had a chance to shoot it yet.  I may go to the range tomorrow before work.  

Do you know if standard G21 holsters will fit the SF?  Mine has the Glock rails.

Reg G21 Holsters will fit the ones with the Glock rail , but will not fit the picatinny rail models

The ambi release is the only thing I didn't like, if I can have one with the regular release then I want one.   NOW!

I got out today and put some rounds through it,  shoots like a dream. I have some Meprolight NS that should be here tomorrow, then it will be my new carry weapon.

Dude, skip the picatinny rail and be happy with what you have, or get another one just like it.  I've got one just like yours and I agree, shoots like a dream!

I want one with the Picatinny , I like the looks of the Picatinny rail , i have it on order should be in this week or first of next week. i have it  and a 26,19 on order..

I just used a Dremel to take off the weak-side mag release.  It's now flush with the grip.  No one's going to be checking out my carry weapon anyway . . .

I want to try one of these G21SF's with the standard release and the standard Glock rail. I wouldn't mind carrying a .45acp Glock, but the regular G21's grip is just too damn big,(even for my big paws.) so my daily duty weapon is a G22. how does the grip of the G21SF feel in comparison to a G22 or G17 ?
