I just bought a Glock 29. I took it apart at home and noticed the trigger assembly bar, the one with the number on it was bent in a lazy "S" shape, the number on it is 8196-2 Is this normal? None of my other Glocks have that metal piece bent quite that much

Yes, the 45 and 10mm use the same ejector.

Thank you for the info. I was ready to return it. Is it tue the 10mm is harder to remove the slide than other models?

In all of the glock models, the slide is removed the same way. Sometimes the slide lock is a little hard to get hold of because it isn't much wider than the frame. I have noticed that the G19's slide locks were a little wider than the G26's, but that may not be everyone's experience.

No. Only thing that slows slide removel is a NY trigger spring..

Enjoy your G29. Its my favorite pistol I own.
Get the Pierce ext. They help a lot.
Just bring some coin to feed it with ammo price increase

Yes, the slide is harder to remove on the 10mm and 45ACP Glocks.  The reason being, the dimple that sticks out on the firing pin safety depressor creates more drag on the slide as it is coming off.  It isn't really harder overall.  There is just a point where it kind of hangs up.  It feels like it is sticking, but it is normal.

I remember my G20 was the same way. My G21 is somewhat easier, no sticking points. Maybe after 200-300 rounds it will ease up a bit. Thanks
