| I see some posts from people who have replaced the beveled trigger on their compact with the trigger with the smooth face. Is there a specific advantage to this other than cosmetic? |
|
Some people claim the smooth trigger doesn't irritate their trigger finger like the serrated one does. Personally, I can't tell the difference between the two, and the real irritant is the trigger safety. I usually have to ever so finely shave it so it doesn't bother my finger while shooting. Other people simply want a smooth trigger because it makes them feel good. They consider the serrated trigger an example of stupid gun laws. The serrated trigger was added in order for the gun to make enough import points. Stupid gun law. |

On my last Glock 30 I replaced the serrated trigger with a smooth one from a Glock 21 because I did not like how the serrated felt on my tender trigger finger.... I really think the trigger "safety" not being contoured with the trigger bothers my finger more. In the end I think most change it just for change and no real advantage. |
Correct... however, they don't have to stay that way The only modification I've done to my G27 is to replace the "target" trigger with a smooth one. |
None. Your only option is to get just the actual trigger part and swap that out. None of the other model trigger bars(which come with the trigger) will fit the G36. |
