I've been hankerin' on a G21SF for a while now and since the HK45 won't be out for a while, I'm gonna pony up and get it. I like the look of the Picatinny rails but the gunstore said that most prefer the standard Glock rails due to holster issues with the P rails. While I have no plans for this being a work pistol, it IS possible that I will convert it to duty use in the future. Plans are to polish the trigger bar, replace the connector with a 3.5# version, paint the frame OD green and to polish the slide. What are your thoughts? |
+1 It'll be much easier for you to find holsters and other accessories for the standard rail. The Pic rail was for the DOD, not for the private owner. |
