| Try as I might I just cannot get the Glocks out of my system. Bought a beautiful Sig P228 and ALOT of pre ban mags (live in a socialist mecca) and just don't like it. I have carried Glocks professionally since 1990 and personally since 1988. I love my current issue G37 and it's little brother nestled comfortably on my ankle. There is something about the grip and the low slide height that is just comforting. That and I know I can do damned near anything and it will always go bang. I guess I'm a lost cause. |
I have recently joined the ranks. I bought a G19 about 5 days ago and I dont think I will ever like another HG as much as it. I cant find anything I do not like about it. At first the grip threw me off but now when I handle another HG they dont feel right. Man do I love it!

I would like to own a few different pistols. A 1911 is a must have IMO for an American firearm enthusiast, and a small part of me is kind of ashamed not to have one yet. I like Berettas, HKs have some appeal, for some reason I really like PPKs, my list also has a couple of revolvers on it, and I'd like a few pistols of historical importance. I'll start on that list just as soon as I get all the Glocks I need. It's gonna be a while.
