Is the Glock 17 lower the same as the Glock 19 lower? I shoot my cousins Glock 19 much better than my own Glock 17.  Was wondering if the G19 had a slimmer handle than G17.

Thanks

completely identical in width. It's not slimmer at all.

The width is identical.  Where the differences lie is in the palm swell, which is higher in relation to the bore on the G19.  If you are comparing the 3-rd gen. pistols, the fingergrooves also have some differences, with the G17 grooves being thicker and having a little more room between the trigger guard and the first groove.

I don't know about slimmer, but it is shorter. I shoot my 19 much better than a 17 and its probably because the 19's shorter grip allows me to better make adjustments in my grip. I know the Glock grip angle isn't for everyone and I'm one of them. My 26 is even easier for me to shoot well being even smaller.

I have a 17 and a 23 .My friend has a 19 I shoot the 19 better than the 17. That was why i went with the 23.
