ok guys I am falling in and getting my frist Glock. I will be picking up a G23 on monday. anythign I need to know.

Yes. If you ever want to practice failure drills, keep some spent brass and load them randomly in the magazine. That's the only way it'll malfunction.

Also, the first time you pull the trigger, keep it pulled to the rear and very slowly let it out a few millimeters till you hear and feel the click, pull it again. That's the trigger reset, once you've learned it, a Glock is as fast as any combat hand gun on the planet.

My 1st was a model 22, I thought that it would be the only one needed....Wrong, I know have 6 of them. The 23 is a fine, super fine gun. Thanks for coming over to the only side there is GLOCK

My first was a 17, then there is the 34 (actually 2 of them -- one was a steal, couldn't pass it up

), the 35, the 26 and the 31 that is now in layaway.

One of these days I will have one of each just so I can say "I have one of each"

I was going to do that, but since I can't get a Glock 18, 25, or 28 I ain't gonna try.

Congrats. You picked the best size of Glock IMHO. My G19 is my constant companion. Don't worry, you'll end up with a 27 and probably a 35 if you like .40 SW. Don't feel bad, we all do it.
