A good friend of mine wants to get a Surprise Birthday gift for her fiance. He is a Police Officer and he wants a Back-Up .40 Cal. So I told my friend I would help her find a G27 at a good price. I have faith that the good people of ARFCOM could help me do just that! Thanks in Advance.

Nathan

ETA: Whats an "Average" or "Fair" Price for a G27?

you can try: CDNN investments and summitgunbroker

you can find em at a good price at ~$480+ NIB (normal price around where i am locally: ~$550); h/w, if you are LEO/mil, i believe you get some kind of discount....

gun broker might be another source to check and compare price

She saw one at Academy for $500 not including Tax. I told her about the LEO discount, but she wants to make sure that he doesn't know at all.

Thanks,

I have no affiliation with summit, but he seems to have some VERY decent prices.

"I just bought a large lot of Glock 27 40cal. Sub Compacts from a police dept. and 20 of them are brand new for $425 or $459 with Trijicon night sites. There is also some nice used guns for $389."

That is about what I got my 26 for when they first came out, with a LE discount.

If I were in her position I would give him some kind of a home-made card that said "Good for one Glock 27" or something like that.  And then use his LEO discount.

OMBPS.com has good prices too.

And you expect me to talk a woman out of what she wants to do?
