| Now on one of my last posts I mentioned how I know the Glock is the way to go. My next question is this. How is Glocks customer service and availabilty of parts compared to US made Handguns? |
| I have called them twice. I dropped a mag at the range and chipped the follower. It no longer held the slide back after teh last round was shot. I called them up and explained what happened. They send me 2 followers free of charge. Then, while opening my mag to replace the follower, Ii broke the locking plate in the floor plate. I called back and once again explained what happened. I got 2 new locking plates for my mag in the mail free of charge. Each item was in my hand in a few days. I could not be happier. |
Ditto! 12 weeks to NOT fix a pricey P-7 jamamatic. I purged my house of HKs and discovered Glocks. I wouldn't swap my well-worn Glock 19 for a new HK. |
