Any way to adjust my Trijicon night sights without their fancy 100 dollar tool?  I don't want to use a punch and hammer as I'm sure they're pretty delicate.  All my pistols need their rear sights moved to the left a few mm's.

hammer & punch will work.
don't worry, fixed night sight are sturdy as hell. I've used hammer & punch several times to adjust my Meprolight Night Sights without any problem

+1 hammer and punch.

I really don't see any other way besides actually using the sight tool.
I had a dealer install night sights on 2 of my Sigs in the ole' hammer-n-punch fashion, and although it looked and sounded like OMG, it actually came out alright.  Those little sights are stronger than they appear.

Since it sounds like you've got a few Glocks, I'd highly recommend you get the sight tool anyways, since you're probably gonna end up replacing them when they wear out.

Be sure to hit them low, or you will fracture the vials.  Don't use a wood dowel.

(I destroyed two sets.....)

Get the tool, or borrow one if you can.
