You got to love the baby glocks!. You could also buy one of those magazine spacers and use 13 round G23 magazines in it. It does add some length to the grip but really fills out your hand (if you have big hands). Either a uncle mikes slip on grip or a set of rubber decal grips to improve your grip.
The one thing I would recommend would be a Wolf Glock Mini Guide rod set with the 18lb spring. The stronger spring (factory is 16lb) tones down the muzzle flip that the 40sw is know for.It will also make the gun more reliable. You could get any of these items from Brownells (www. Brownells.com)
If your are looking for a good holster that's cheap get a fobus paddle back. The holster retains the weapon well and is easy on/easy off your person. Hope this helps.

I like the Houge slip on grips and a 3.5lb Connector. And a couple of spare mags.

Try an extended slide lock lever.  Some people use them to release the slide when putting in a fresh mag, and the extended lever makes it easier.  I rack the slide, so I have no use for it there, but it makes it MUCH easier to thumb it UP when you need to lock the slide back.

Other than that, mags and ammo, mags and ammo.

www.keislersonline.com has used 9 rd mags for $10.

The G23 w/grip sleave is a good idea for your spare, but I say do the same thing with a G22 mag.  Usually cheaper and you get 2 more rounds.

I drop a 3.5 lb connector in, but you may want to wait and see how you feel about the trigger pull after firing a few thousand rounds.  Plenty of people like the 5 lb, and some cosider the lighter trigger a liability.

I don't know if you can carry this gun where you live, but I would avoid the 3.5 in any carry gun. They work nice to improve accuracy on a range, but under stress you may cause the gun to go off prematurely.

That's why I mentioned the "some people consider it a liability" thing.  I train "finger off the trigger until ready to shoot" so it doesn't matter how light it is.  If my finger is in there I want it to go bang.  So it's not a safety issue for me.  I document that I train that way.  So It's not a "liability" issue for me.
