| I've had a G17 for over a decade and I love it. Although I have plenty of other firearms, the one I trust my life on is my good old 17. Recently a shot a brand new .40 G27. I didn't think I'd like shooting it because I have big hands and wasn't crazy about the way my little finger dangles off the grip. Well, I was in for a pleasant surprise. It was a joy to shoot and I actually was much more accurate with it than my 17! After boring out the center bull of the target I was shooting, I drilled two mags into a 2 inch square of duct tape. Does anyone else shoot these little snubbies better than their full size brothers? Looks like a 27 will be in my future, especially in time for next years GSSF match. |

I used to have a G34 that I was more accurate with. However, I totally agree with you about the accuracy of the G27. It is absolutely amazing how well this little sub-compact shoots. BTW, when you buy your own be sure to get the grip extension. It makes a world of difference in how well the gun feels. |
