Just wanted everyone to know about the resent dealing I had with the internet Glock parts supplier. Glockparts.com I ordered a few parts and they came in a timely manner. The 3.5-pound trigger connector I got from them just did not work. It may have been my weapon; it may have been the connector. Whatever the reason, I contacted the company. The woman who answered the phone told me that she was not an expert and that the Glock expert would call me back. I figured oh crap here we go with endless phone tag sessions! I got a call a few hours later and it was the Glock expert. To my amazement, he really knew what he was talking about. We both decided that there was a problem. He told me that I should send the parts back for a refund. I did as he said. I received a credit on my account today for the full refund. To sum up my experience with Glockparts.com, I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. They were courteous, and prompt. No complaints. |
