Since the G 20 and G 21 use the same frame size, is it possible to convert a G21 to 10MM? If so anyone offer kits to do this?

I don't think so. IIRC the barrels are not interchangeable. You can swap the slides but you'll need to change out the ejector.

Yes, KKM offers a barrel. All the receivers internal parts are the same. You will need to change mags. You can not use just a factory 10mm barrel.

10-4 What Guide rod and spring are used? Is this conversion reliable? Thanks for your help

The G20 and G21 use the same guide rod/spring. I change my 10mm & 45 caliber Glock guide rod and spring to stainless with a #22 spring. This generally keeps the ejected brass within 3-5' rather then up to 10' away.

Can this be done in reverse also? 10mm to 45?

Not without changing the complete top end. The breach face is smaller on the 10mm then the 45.
