Ok with 9mm being good and plentiful and I still like the round with Golden Saber (thinking of switching to 124 Grain Gold dots)I have narrowed my next Glock to be a G19, G17, G34. I have a G26 and I carry it and I like it. I have 6 G19 mags and i am leaning in that direction but I cant let the mags say what I want. I like the idea of having 2 concealed Handguns and if the SHTF that might be the best thing to have in a lawless area. Just trying to see what people would do. THis Glock would be used for IPSC and I would put 200 rounds every other week through it for practice. The other week would be G26. What do the professional glocksters think? Scott |

I am by no means anywhere near being a professional Glockster.....but, I just got home with my new OD Green G26!! The only reason I say this is because I already have a G19 and I love it. I think these two will make a great team......so, my vote is to go for the G19. The G17 just seems a bit big for me personally but the G19 is just the right size. It's a little too big to conceal for me (hence the new G26) but as far as matches go I would use my G19 in a heartbeat! Good luck wit your decision.......and look at it this way, either way you go you will have a new Glock and that is always a good thing!!

I suggest you get the G19. I've found that I'm much more accurate with my 19 than I am my 17. If I could only have one GLOCK (*gasp*) it would be the G19. It will conceal well, do IPSA, training classes, home defense, and just about everything else you ask of it. |
My vote is for the Glock 34. The G34 is made for your looking for - My Glock 34 is one of the sweetest pistol I own. |
