is it ok to use lead bullets in a glock 19? and i was wondering about a little wolf too. i plan on cleaning the barrel at least every 300 rounds or so. somemtimes every 100 rounds. never more than 400 or so round before i clean though.

Read Your manual!! Dont have one call Glock they will send you one free. 1-770-432-1202

Ok , No Reloads , No Lead.

Just not worth saving a few Bucks on ammo.

Wolf OK, lead bad.  If you must shoot lead, save your fingers and buy an aftermarket barrel made for shooting lead bullets.

Someone enlighten me why flinging lead down a Glock barrel is bad.

I had a kB! using reloads one time, but have put a combined total of 3,700 rounds of Wolf through all my glocks, with no problems (1200 in my G19).  I clean after every range session, which I would do anyways, but I especially do it since Wolf burns really dirty.

Lead in the polygonal rifling will cause excessive pressures behind the bullet.  Sooner or later KB!  New jacketed bullets are recommended for this reason.  Same reason you shouldnt shoot lead out of some HKs.
