I must tell you a story of my lack of luck this week and how loyal Lone Wolf is to the customers they have. I ordered some parts about a month ago from LWD and one of the kits I ordered was on backorder. I told them to call me before they shipped it so I could make sure I had sufficient funds in my checking account because I order with my check card. Thursday night I came home from work and there was a package from LWD. Of course the first thing that came to mind was I never got a call from them. I check my account that night and I had not had enough in the account and in turn I also had a $35 overdraft fee. On top of that I found out I had been charged a second time for the same thing and another $35 overdraft fee. I called LWD. I talked to Christy in accounting and she was having a bad week already because so many people had been a bit rude and downright mean to her over the phone. She told me that they had a new program installed in the billing and shipping systems and it had charged alot of people twice for each order. The new program also didn't keep any of the notes or calls to be made so I was not called before shipment. Christy called my bank and my bank said that they were not going to eat the overdraft charges LWD would have to figure something out. I called Christy back at the end of the day and asked her if she had managed to figure out if the bank would help out since it was a computer error and she gave me the news. My banker actually had the nerve to chew her out. That pisses me off. The thing that doesn't upset me is the fact that Christy said that LWD would pay me back for the extra charge I recieved and the two overdrafts. So just remember, if you want Glock parts and you want someone to deliver who is going to stand behind the product and the business look for a company who is going to make sure you are taken care of. From now on when I want Glock parts it is Lone Wolf Distributors all the way. Christy is my new best friend too. Gotta love a gal like her. |
| LWD gets all of my Glock business!! They are truly great people to deal with. There are some people out there who bad mouth them...mostly it is their competitors and people they urge to bad mouth them as well. I have been dealing with them for about two years now, and they are indeed cream of the crop!! |

Yea, I talked with LWD early last week and was told they were updating to a new system. I don't envy anyone going thought that. I have dealt with LWD for many yrs now and it has always been one of the best online stores to deal with. Chris, Mary, JR, Dan, Don, Robert, Kim and Bob(sorry I can't remember the others) have all been very helpful. Even when I blamed my mistakes on them |
