So I walked into the gun shop/indoor range. I was just going to send a couple hundred rounds through my G23. Of course I had to look around the shop first... Now I am the very happy owner of an Advantage Arms conversion unit for my G23!

I got on the firing line, swapped upper halves, loaded up with mini mags, and let 'er rip. A few minor sight corrections and all was good. 200 rds with no bobbles or trouble at all. Surprisingly accurate to boot. I am very impressed with the quality of this unit. I had also forgotten how much fun an accurate .22 can be. You sure do get some funny looks when people see .22 brass flying out of a Glock, though.

.22 conversions are a blast. I have used them on the 1911 and 92FS with great results.

I fail to see a negative consequence for your action.
