| Seriously considering a G17 for my next handgun and am wondering about what REAL accuracy I can expect. My personal standard for handgun accuracy is 2" at 25 yds. from a rest. This must be with readily available ammo, not super premium. If a gun won't do that, it will probably not stay long. So, what will your 17 honestly do and with what ammo such as Blazer, Win white box, etc? Also, what about the adjustable Glock sights? A must have? TIA. |

As good as you are. A few of my friends shoot the GSSF Indoor matches and on a regular basis they shoot 500 48 or 49X the X ring is 3" and they shoot that at 75'. I can't do it but they do it all the time. I would not waste any money on the adj. Glock sights. Get a good set of Heinie Straight Eight or Slant Pros and be done with it. |
