So I got a used glock 23 and tossed in a 9mm conversion barrel. but after a couple months I have been getting FTE's

I want to guess its the recoil spring but not 100% sure and before I dump lots of extra money into it thought I,d check.

I do know the previous owner shot it a lot while it was a true 40.

Did you put a 9mm ejector in?

doesn't need it, but I think I might get a new 40 one.  it looks like it might be the bullets. powder wasn't going off all the way.

If it's a Gen 3. Swap in a 9mm ejector and extractor and the gun will be 100%.  If Gen 4 swap ejector, extractor, and recoil spring assembly. Parts are inexpensive.
