Ok,

I haven't bought a pair of sights for a Handgun in around 5 years...  So I am out of the loop of the newest available sights.  I am looking to put a blackout rear with a lip so that I can charge the gun if needed and a fiber optic or tritium front.

It will be going on a RTF2 G19...  If that helps!

Thanks guys!

Vickers battle sights. It's a U-notch rear that is serrated and available with or without tritium and allows for one handed manipulation. The front is serrated and comes in fiber optic, tritium, or gold bead.

Dawson has options. I have a couple of their sets and like them enough.

Check them out here

I like mine on my 17 that are really nice sights.

OP it really comes down to what you like though.

Looked into the sights above, not sure how I feel about the U-notch... I will have to give a shot one day

Anybody have experience with the RB1 Sights or Haley TH1RTE3N Sights  ?

Thanks again!

I just put trijicon HD's on my new duty gun.  They are tits!   People complain the rear is to sharp for CC.

I have really liked the Vickers sights on my 19. I may try those RB1's on my next Glock though, I like the looks of them. Clean, simple, and not sharp.

I've been a Trijicon HD fan for years. But they released the HD XR this year. Already put a set on my 19. My other guns will follow.

Am I correct in thinking that with the new XR'S, that only the front sight is different (thinner) from the regular HD night sights?

There is a slight height different too. Rear sight remains the same.
