Recently I have been wanting to add a red dot to my ccw Glock 19. I have narrowed down to the Deltapoint Pro and rmr06. After seeing all of the bad reviews on the rmr06 I am leaning towards the pro. Anyone have any pictures or can recommend it for CCW?
Found the pro NIB for 312 so I think I will give it a try. |

I have a friend who just had his 3rd DeltaPoint Pro break. It was not even on a handgun... this one was on a 9mm PCC. My Original DP, on the other hand, has held up well so far on my M&P CORE (although battery changes and zeroing sucks). That is concerning. |

I've daily carried a DP pro on my g19 for 10 months now. Battery lasted 9 months on the second from highest setting. I have no complaints I just wish I had gone with the dot reticle over the triangle. I have around 300 rounds through the gun with the Pro. I don't get to shoot as much as I'd like. Let me know if you have any specific questions I may be able to help with. Here's an old pic just after I got the slide back from being machined. http://i1129.photobucket.com/albums/m520/mizzarly/0bf91288573cedb848847d328e32d68b.jpg Who machined your slide? That battery life seems kind of short. |

Going to see how long it lasts at this setting. |

Anyone else have any experience? Wish I could give you some advice, but no experience with the delta. I understand the questions and frustrations of not being sure, cause I just did the same with an rmr 08. Going to shop in a week or 2 to be milled, I'm sight hunting right now, good luck on yours

Lots of slide mounted dots break which is why many groups won't adopt them yet. |

Where did you find it for that price? Lanbos Armory You cost me money last night with your other thread
My DP pro sees moderate use on a carbine and the battery is pushing a year. I just stock up on the batteries and plan to replace and rezero at one year. Not having to unmount the optic and remount it to just change the battery is a big plus over the RMR IMO. The new DP pro I have inbound is going to go on a sig p320, I'll be sure to report how that goes but I expect it to work flawlessly as my first one has. |
