Ok I'm putting a ghost rocket trigger kit in and I got the connecter bar with the over stop tab witch is definitely to long, I'm trying to find out the best way to file or grind it down, what kind of file should I use? Has anyone done this and how? The best YouTube video I found still help me out with it. Thanks

Depends on how much metal you need to take off.  I did one for a friend of mine and used just a common file, emery cloth, and polishing cloth to do it.  I got to close with the file, used the emery cloth to get it exactly where I wanted and polished everything up when done.

Go slow do not take off to much otherwise what is the point of doing it.  You can always take more material off but not put it back on.

Use calipers so you can measure your progress. You can get a decent set for under $15, so do it.
You also need the shortened Ghost backplate to use during fitting or you can lock the gun up.
Do the Spalding cut. It's awesome.
Make sure you've taken enough off the tab that it will easily dry-fire while you press down on the slide. That ensures that any slide slop won't cause it to hang-up under use.

When I fit one I used the face of a dremel cutoff wheel like this; which is mentioned in the instructions on Ghost's site.

Use a light touch and you'll be fine.

Just do a little at a time and check.  I think I took out the metal files at first, but when I saw how much I'd have to file off I quickly decided I was way too lazy to do all the filing and broke out the dremel

A sharp file will cut it down fast.
Mine ended up pretty short, but the Pro 3.3 plus polishing makes for a very nice trigger.
