Decided on this pistol for my carry. Been reloading 180 gr hornady xtp for my SA 5.5 inch barrel. But for my glock with a 3 inch barrel, am thinking 155 gr. Anyone with a glock 27, what are you finding that shoots very well with less recoil for better follow up shot? Hornady XTP bullets are good but a bit expensive. Suggestions on a better hollow point with similar terminal expansion? Been using Berry's for my SA.

I carry *handloads* in my G22. 
New cases only for carry ammo. I trust my ammo more than anything off the shelf. Every primer has mixture and an anvil, every charge is weighed. I've had a few factory cartridges that were duds over the years. Never had it with my own ammo. |
