Go to Amazon/Ebay and order a Glock minus connector. If you really want to smooth it out order a heavy trigger spring and smooth faced gen 3 trigger bar assembly.

No need for the minus connector, there are soooo many suitable aftermarket connectors out there.  Ghost makes good ones that are already polished. Using a ghost and factory springs, I got my tigger down to 4.5-5 lbs.

First of all, it is quite strange that a new G22 Gen 4 came with a "+" connector. It should have had a "." to begin with.

I would check Lone Wolf Distributing and Glockmeister for a "." or a "-" connector. I don't think you really need to worry about a Gen 3 trigger bar as the best Glock trigger I've ever had was the stock Gen 4 trigger bar and "." connector that came OEM on my G19 Gen 4. Plus, you already have the smooth-faced trigger so no need to change.

Of course, it all depends on what you want to do with the G22. If it's a range toy, then I'd look at a 3.5 connector from Ghost or Lone Wolf. Then you can really start fucking with the springs and all kinds of stuff until you get it how you want it.

Thanks, I will be using the G22 for duty carry.. When the gun was ordered by the department it came with the NY 8lb setup.. In KY and my dept we don't require that. I would like to go with org oem "." connector has recommended by our attorney and the sheriff. Thanks Bob
