I have a chance to pick up a very clean, almost never fired Gen 3 G-33 (357 sig) for about 375.

It would be a real nice CCW with 9 rounds of serious firepower.

FO or no?

Tempting as hell.

although I prefer the Gen4 models, I would probably buy this in a heartbeat...

Is that a caliber you already use and have a lot of on hand? if not, buy the same gun in 9mm or 40

Stop, no, and don't.  Expensive hard to find round in a pistol too light to control the recoil.

Love mine. Use it as carry quite often. Also picked up a factory G27 barrel on another forum for it.

If you're happy with it, great.

I own Glocks in all the calibers they make except .45GAP and .357 Sig.   No plans on changing that.

Honestly, I'd be more tempted for the GAP if I were going to change that.

I have a G27 with a 357 barrel in it and it is not fun to shoot, loud, and expensive to feed.  It will be replace with a G26 someday when I find a smokin deal on a used one.

I think i sold my 26 for $390. an oddball caliber Glock would have to be $300 or less for me to be interested.

.357 Sig is feisty, you would want the dual recoil spring of the Gen4

It would need to be $50 cheaper for me. That would offset the cost of drop in .40 S&W barrel.

I wouldn't.  The things are hand cannons when that small.  I love my 32 though

I would. I've carried a g33 for the last 9 years before that it was a g31(since mid 90's). I can get ammo anywhere online so it not hard to find. More expensive but doesn't keep me from shooting. I don't have a problem with the recoil and find it enjoyable to shoot with a little less recoil than the 357 mag I use to shoot. If you are use to shooting a 9mm or 40cal you might not like it. Buy it shoot it and if you don't like I'm sure you can sell it to get your money back.
