I need some help trying to figure out what the measurements are for the Glock OEM front night sight. I am looking at swapping out my front Trijicon HD sight to something different but keeping the rear HD sight.
I am thinking about going with a Glock front night sight so am looking for the blade width and height and what the overall height is to see if it would work with what I am trying to do. |

The HD front sight is .215 height x .144 width and the overall height is .268. I am looking to change my front sight due to the HD front sight shooting higher that what I normally do. I would like to get either a Glock OEM front night sight or one that is the same measurement as the Glock OEM |

Does it shoot POA / POI to your liking? ETA: I see it doesn't. Look at the calculators on ameriglo or Dawson's sites.
Ameriglo, Warren, and Dawson as noted above have what you seek. An oem front NS will not work I tried a .215/.245/.205/.230 before finding the .230 was a perfect fit. PM me tomorrow and I'll see if I still have the .245 and .230 black blades. I'll send em you way to verify POI before you buy a NS. |
| As said, the OEM front sight is .165" tall and will be too short to work with the Trijicon HD rear. Use this formula to determine what height front sight you need. Ameriglo or Dawson probably make a sight in whatever height it turns out you need and Dawson will also custom make you a sight in any height you want if it's not already listed on their site. |
| Ok I have narrowed it down to getting either set of Ameriglo CAP LE sights or Spartan sights as I like the set up with the pro glow front and the rear night sight with just the lamps and no outline. How many of you guy's have used these or are running these sights and what is your impression of them and how good are they? |

I am also looking for any feedback on the CAP LE sight's or the regular CAP sights. |
