I had a G19, traded it for a G17, traded that for my current Sigpro 2340.
I never like the Glock trigger, and it felt like I just never got comfortable with the grip. The Sig feels great but is about as concealable as a 50 year old stripper. I was in the lgs a few days ago, they had a G43 and the sucker is tiny. The sheriffs deputy there said many deputies carry them as backup guns. I never had a problem with reliability or any issue other than I couldn't seem to hit the broad side of a mosq^h^h^h^hbarn wth it. So I guess I'm in the market for another 9mm, something I thought I wasn't going to do any more. |

If you didn't like the 19/17 trigger you will HATE the 43 trigger unless you replace the trigger and probably connector, even then, you may just like it.... Accuracy issues with the 19/17? They aren't getting any better shooting the tiny 43... Me, I shoot all of my Glocks well so the 43 was the perfect fit when looking for a small single stack. I think you should look at the S&W shield, Walther PPS, Ruger LCP S Pro and maybe even the Sig 938 if you don't mind a single action... |

The 43 has all the typical great (or bad in your case) Glock features but in a small size. Quoted:

IDK. I always hated Glocks. Freakin' HATED them.
Then I fondled a G43 and bought it on the spot. I never shot Gen 3 or Gen 2 Glocks well. But the from the first trigger pull, I have hit everything I have pointed the G43 at. Everything. It doesn't miss. Follow up shots are fast and just as accurate. I now have more Glocks, all Gen 4s. This is because the G43 was finally the right gun to make me see the light. Now, my G43 has G19, G17 (2) and G41 running mates. :-) |
| After buying my Wife a G43 for Christmas I became infatuated with it... so much so that I sold my brand new Glock 19TB and got myself a G43 with 5 magazines and some ammo lol ordered a TLR6 and 2 holsters from a local guy who does Kydex. One AIWB and the other a OWB. I'm a huge fan of the 43, it has a role to play and it fills that role very well! IMHO lol |
