Did a little horse trading today and ended up with a Glock 43 with all the factory goodies, 2 magazines, 200 rounds of Federal 9MM, and an off brand leather holster that I'm using until my Alien Gear holster gets in. The oringal owner had bought brand new, shot once, and then put it in the safe.

I've already got an Alien Gear holster on order (was recommended to them by a good friend, like their 2 holster deal).

The pistol already has TruGlo sights are it. While not my favorite, they work for the time being and I can always get them replaced later on. What other upgrades have others done and could recommend?  Granted, I'm going to be doing alot of shooting with this before I do any upgrades, but I just want to know what options I have.  I'm at minimum replacing the magazine release with the Tango Down as well as the slide release for the extended versions.

I'm debating between having the pistol stippled (which I've never had one done before) or just getting Talon grips.

What magazine extensions are everyone using?  I'm planning on buying more magazines after Christmas.  My biggest grip thus far about the pistol is I just which I could carry at least 8 or 9 rounds in the magazine.

Overall, I'm very please that I got this pistol. Already have a range day and plan on giving this some serious exercise to break it in right.  This is my new carry piece as well, obligatory pictures to be posted later on

I love the Pearce +1's.  Pistol should have come that way.

Another Pearce +1 grip extensions on my spare mags, I carry the flat 6 round mag.  I had Trijicon standard green nights installed on purchase and dry fired the 43 several hundred times.  I've shot a couple hundred rounds through my 43 and the trigger keeps getting better.  No other mods likely for my Glock 43.

Pearce +1s and factory night sights.

I have run several hundred rounds through the Pearce +1s without issue.

I got a Taran Tactical +1 and +2. The +1 is just barely bigger than the stock magazine. I love them. Made of aluminum and the +2 comes with a longer spring. I got them at a steep discount on Black Friday

Just placed an order with Taran Tactical. They were having a deal where you could buy a Glock magazine with the Taran Tactical +2 already installed for $54.99. Needed an extra magazine anyway so I went with this option for the time being. Christmas expenses are killing me

Planning on ordering more from them later on

I could not keep my shots center. I was so disappointed. I really wanted to like it. On paper, it's everything I could want. I mean my shots were landing left real bad. Might have to try it again in the future. Maybe I just got a bad one.

So far I'm in love with the pistol, fits my hand good and everything I was wanting. But have yet to get to the range and put in some serious trigger time

Im fighting the same thing as far as the shots landing left. I love the size/feel of the gun, but I don't shoot it as well as my 19s(although they both wear Agency triggers now).

I think its something about the size of the gun and the reach to the trigger being weird for me personally, because I shoot my little BodyGuard .380 more accurately than I can this 43 so its not about small guns.

Same here, I moved my rear sight and brought my shots to center. I know it's me pulling because of trigger control but, it's consistent enough moving my sights fixed it.

I love mine. Pearce +1's have been flawless, Heine ledge sights, Ghost edge connector and a Glockkraft flat faced trigger.

My 43 shoots way left as well. I tried it off a solid rest and got the same thing so I know it wasn't me. I replaced the sights and moved the front one clockwise as much as possible and drifted the rear. It shoots much better now.

I've installed aftermarket sights on several Glock 43s.  If the G43 has an OEM trigger, I install the rear sight 0.020" right of center and the pistols usually shoot POA = POI at 25 yards.  If the G43 has a 3.5# connector, I install the rear sight centered in the dovetail.

The Glock 43 is a great little carry pistol.  Once MagGutz comes out with a 7 round conversion kit like the one they offer for the Glock 42, they should sell really well.

I know what you guys mean, shooting to the left took me a long time to get used to Glocks. Love the 43.

I have been having this problem with shooting left. I started squeezing harder with my support hand and that helped. Not totally fixed, but better.

I love my 43. It's totally stock right now but I intend to add Glock OEM night sights and try the Pierce +1 baseplate.
