Its been a while since I visited the Glock factory. I plan to drop by towards the end of this week to have one of the children looked at. Seems it has developed a case of BTF. Out of every magazine I getting one piece of brass right in between the eyes. So I will see what the wizards can do to heal this poor child. I have tried cleaning, different mags, different ammo, saying ugly words, etc. I now have to humble myself and ask for help.

Any visit to the Glock factory is good. These folks know how to make you feel like a welcome guest.

Please share your experience when visiting the factory in Smyrna.

Visited a while back and had my three oldest G21s checked out/upgraded.

Friendly folks and fantastic service, I just wish that I could have toured the factory itself.

Good luck, They couldn't fix my gen 3 G19's BTF. I keep working that slide and leaving it locked open till it loosened up.

I also put the 30274 ejector in. Still not perfect but it works.
