I've heard of the Glock .40 KB enough to ponder this question:

Which aftermarket barrel best supports the .40 Cal in Glocks?  Bar-Sto, KKM or Storm Lake???

In addition, I've heard of some aftermarket barrels causing KB's...

Does anyone have experience in this dept?  No, my G-23 has not blown up yet.  However, it does not have match accuracy (well of course it does not)...  I'd like some input on this topic since my G-23 has never had one jam or anything, EVER.  I want to keep this gun, carry it and don't want to have the KB issue in the back of my head.  BTW, I've never been concerned until I've heard all of the stories on ar15.com.........

Help me out here.

Thanks in advance...

Glock factory barrel for your carry piece; Paxil for the back of your head.

Barrels dont cause KB's, the ammo does. Shoot new, commercial, SAAMI spec ammo and you will not have a problem.

+1 on the above post. Knuckle heads shooting reloaded brass and or with hot loads cause KB's

Well, I guess I'll be saving some $ then.

Thanks again.

unless you're shooting lead...a barrel upgrade is searching for a solution to a nonexistent problem.  My .02: if it's a GLOCK keep it stock.  The accuracy is more related to the shooter than the factory barrel.  If you practice dry fire and the fundamentals you'll be pretty dang accurate.  That has been my personal experience.

Presidio is right; the accuracy is probably related to you getting used to the Glock trigger.  Dry fire and practice and it will come around.
