So I'm new to the Glock world.I just got back from the range with disappointment in my heart...lol  During the first 3-4 rounds shot, the gun didnt cycle all the way forward by about 1/4 inch. I bumped the slide forward with my thumb, then continued shooting only to have it happen again and again.Any ideas on whats the problem? The only thing changed internally is a 3.5lb ghost edge connector and a lone wolf stainless steel guide rod. They claim the spring is the same 17lb spring as the factory glock.Any ideas would be great.

Put the factory guide rod back in.

My lone wolf caputured guide rod and spring combo lasted less than 600 rounds before the slide wouldnt go fully into battery. Never again.

Even Glocks need a break in and that can happen with new ones.  I've had new Glocks malfunction within the first ~200 round and then never again after that.  And try the factory parts and see if problems go away.

this is why i always suggest to people that they shoot a new gun first before they start changing parts
