My g43 trigger is.....firm.
Not Yugo SKS hard,  but, like many of us, could stand to lose a few pounds.

Has anyone dropped a ghost connector in yet?
A 25 cent trigger job didn't do much btw.

I ordered two today. One for my 42 and one for my 43. I'll let you know!

I put one in.  It dropped the trigger from 8-8.25lbs to 6-6.25lbs--it feels MUCH better.
I then polished all the trigger internals and safety plunger, and that brought it down another .25lbs, then cut like two coils off the safety plunger spring.

Now I'm at 5-5.25lbs, and it feels really good.

NOTE:  I'm getting my Taran Tactical +1 and +2 mag extensions today (Saturday), so I'll hit the range around 3-4pm and get a report posted here tomorrow night.
Since I'm getting my G19 done up with an Agency Arms trigger, I decided to get one for my G43.  I may like it, I may sell it.

I don't see how you guys have such heavy triggers from the factory. I measured mine and it was consistently 6 1/4#.

I haven't measured anything with a pull gauge, but the trigger on the range rental G43 felt noticeably heavier than the one on my new G17 FWIW.

I have one on my 42, definitely an improvement, there is much lower wall before braking(before was about 9 lb now about 6)

It appears some have much heavier trigger pulls than others.

Wow.  6.25lbs is great out of the box.  My G42 was closer to 9#s (my scale only goes to 8, but it would break above that).  My G43 broke at 8-8.25#s, but after ghost mod/reduced plunger spring/polish is at 5.25-5.5lbs.
