I recently purchased a glock 19. Considering putting in a ghost connector but this gun will be used for conceal carry some. Is it safe adding a lighter connector and ccw? If so what one do you recommend. Saw there is some that aren't 3.5#. Would these be better for what im doing?

Massad Ayoob would say no.  http://smith-wessonforum.com/concealed-carry-self-defense/419191-facts-about-light-trigger-pull-liability.html

Skip the 3.5 connector and go with a heavier trigger reset spring either will drop abou 1# from the trigger but a lower weight connector will make you trigger mushy while the trigger reset spring will drop abou 1# but give you a more positive trigger reset and make the trigger slightly less weight.

I run my carry setup in my 19 with the heavier trigger reset spring and a Glock 17 smooth trigger removing the ribbed compact/sub compact trigger.

Before you buy anything, try the "Glock 5 minute trigger job" it might just do the trick. I bought the ghost 3.5 connector along with the #6 spring. I'm using the 3.5 connector with the stock spring and it's ok, the #6 spring would not reset the trigger.

I have a Ghost connector and a 6# trigger spring and a lighter firing pin safety spring.  The trigger is too light to carry and I only use it as a range toy.  If its your carry piece I would basically keep it close to stock except the 6# trigger spring.

i recommend the raceworks connector and the competition spring kit with the titanium plunger

use the stock firing pin spring and get some mothers and polish the trigger bar.

for 42.00 it is by far the best I have ever had a glock trigger, it is so smooth and i feel its still 3-4lbs and all the safety features work

I have the Ghost set up in my G26 and it is my EDC never had any issues with it. Been carrying it over a year that way

+1 all the connectors out there suck, and make the trigger mushy imo.

I keep my two Glocks factory stock.
