Recommendations on a Glock 26, pro or con?

The 19 conceals just as easily in most cases and does everything else better.  I do have a 26 though for those few times that it is easier to carry.

Glock 26 is a great CC gun. I doubt you'll hear any complaints, except that the grip obviously doesn't fit the pinky. There is a pinky extension for the 10rd mags though. As stated, the G19 is a better all purpose gun, but the longer grip does make it a bit harder to conceal.

I will say that if CC really is your thing, then the Glock 26 is kinda thick compared to the newer Shield and XDS. (Those can't take full size mags though).

I have several 19's and a few 26's.
I always go back to the 19's for carry. I shoot the 19 better than the 26.
Get both. I like both of them.....

I carry a 27 which is the same size as the 26 and I also recently picked up a 19. For me, the 27 conceals better due to the shorter grip and bbl length. The 19 conceals fine too long as I plan on standing straight up and not bending for any reason. the longer grip pokes my shirt out unless im standing straight

I am lacking experience but I cant really think of a con unless you hate not having all fingers on the grip but the 26/27 is comfortable to shoot with pinky under the mag. Accurate and reliable. If you plan to use a pinky extension i would say just get a 19 since that will lengthen the grip which is the biggest part (to alot of us) to conceal

I carry a 26 daily. Also own a 27 that the wife carries in her car. I love them for ccw. Like stated above I f you have big hands you might need a mag ext. I have pretty big hands and can manage with or without the ext. I have owned a 30 in the past and prefer the 26. It's tucks iwb very good and accuracy isn't an issue even with the short barrel. I've never owned a 19 but my plans are to pick one up as my next handgun purchase.

Big woops on my part, I ment Glock 36.  Hell I have a 32 and 33 with. .40 barrels, just wanted some input on the 36,  sorry for the mixup.

Unless Glock has perfected their single stack mags in recent years, I'd pass.  Had a 36 about 10 years ago and it was horribly unreliable.

26 great CC, have one with the pearce +2 and i love it also added the tangodown mag and slide extended bits. All goes down to your personal preference CC or all around would not go wrong with either.

The 36 seems to be hit or miss.  Not super popular for a reason.

MOST....reliability with the 36 are due to a faulty recoil spring.  Glock will replace them most times for no cost.  I'm not a big fan of the 36 I have one one but like my others better.  Have you looked at the 30sf its a 30 with the 36 slide.

Out of all the Glocks I have or had. The 36 was the most unreliable. I never could figure it out. I could run 5 full mags thru it fine and then next time with the same ammo it would jam 2 or 3 times. I tried different ammo. Never bought any more mags for it. I am a 100% Glock fan, but not a model 36 fan.

Do you own 19? If no, buy 19.

Do you sometimes have trouble concealing 19? If yes, buy 26.
