A Glock G30 joined the family bout 6 months ago, the more I handle/carry/shoot that bad boy the more I like it, it has become my EDC.
And thats all I got to say about that. Glock=Perfection |

Some years back I did a multi gun trade . It got a bit involved with three different parties and I did ok and got some guns I really wanted and got rid of some guns that were worth lots more to somebody else than they were to me.
The one gun I ended up with that I really didn't care about was a regular G30. I shoot revolvers and 1911s so it felt all wrong to me , kind of like wrapping my hand around a 2X4. With it being a 45acp in a somewhat compact package I was thinking it would be a beast to shoot. Before I had my local guy sell it off for me I took it to the range It has been my poster for explaining that "feel" doesn't mean much when selecting a handgun . The real question is how well do you shoot it . Don't get me wrong , I shoot my revolvers and full sized 1911s pretty well when I work at it but the G30 is one gun I can pick up and just tear up a target pretty much any time I grab it |

When I took my G30S to the range the first time I only had about an hour (pretty standard for my schedule) Well I was late for where I had to be afterward. I just kept saying "I gotta shoot one more mag" because it was a blast! Very very gun little gun. That's what I was talking about, just a fun & practical range or carry pistol |

I carried a G30 for about 4 years and gave it to a buddy of mine as a Christmas gift, as his department was just issued G21s and he needed a backup. I was also transitioning to 9mm at the time.
I have yet to find a pistol that I shoot as well as a G30, and I regret it to this day. |
