I have a Gen 4 Glock 34 that I shoot USPSA (IPSC) with.  I just got setup for handloading and am now looking to do some gun tuning.

After reading some reviews, I have a general idea what reduced power main springs help with and am now looking for suggestions.

I would like to find a captured spring assembly anywhere from 13-15 lbs to try out in my Glock to see how it helps me get back on target faster.

Thanks

Thanks.  Any suggestions for 13 vs. 15 lbs?  I'm shooting a 124 grn at about 128 power factor.

13 lbs is most popular for ammo near the PF floor, but recoil characteristics are very subjective.

I have a 13lb in mine right now, shooting 147gr loads at about 950fps.

It is nice but I need to do some side to side testing with the old spring just to see how much of a difference there really is.
