I just bought this, because I want to build a long slide 10mm.
I'm going to buy the LWD slide + slide parts. I need to settle on a barrel. I would appreciate any advise regarding 6" KKM vs. Storm Lake barrels. Regards, -Pat. |

At true 10mm load levels, the unsupported chamber is very abusive of my brass. 10mm brass is hard to find compared with .45. .40, or 9mm, so I want to get the maximum number of reloads before brass failure. I also want to be able to shoot cast bullets. I'll probably buy a LWD barrel to go with the original G21 slide, so I can shoot cast .45 as well. |
