Is it possible to order pistols from Glock when you are in the military?

Yep, some copies of this, and a form of that, and you are good to go.

Just not sure how that CT thing works with regular capacity blue labels though.

I was thinking about a Glock 30 SF, so the whole

You also can work with a Mil/LEO dealer and get one there.  Some they have in stock, others they have to order.

Tou cant order them anymore. To buy from a blue label dealer you have to buy it there face to face. I was told this when i tried to get columbia to ship it to charleston for me.

I ordered 2 Blue Label Glocks from GT Dist earlier this year and they were shipped to a non Blue Label dealer for the transfer.  I did have to send credentials to GT Dist.

Yup, we did the same thing for a customer. Called GT and after they sent credentials and payment over shipped the glock to us to transfer to them
