Will G20 Trijicons fit a G19? Is the slide width the only difference?

yes they will fit. believe its the height not the width, but never had a issue

The stock rear sight for the G19 is 6.5mm and the G20 is 6.9mm. So if you put a G20 rear sight on a G19 it will shoot higher than with the stock sight. I'm not certain about Trijicon sights, but I believe they're the same height as the OEM sights.
