Uncle Mikes makes some neoprene inside the pants holsters that may work.  They are open top holsters that are also cheap.  I can wear mine with just a t shirt over them and it conceals very well.

comptac

i got one of those uncle mikes, its ok: cheap, doesnt mess the finish, and remains fairly stable; h/w, it lacks security (if you run or jump too much, the gun could leap out)

If you want a good cross between security level and concealibilty (SP?) I would say go with Safariland 0701.  If you are not worried about security level then look at one of the new generation kydex holsters.  They are light and hold up to anything.

I use a Uncle Mikes IWB for my G23 and it's comfortable enough. I've been using it for about 4 mos. now and it's secure.  No thumbgreak, just retention screws. And for me, I can wear a T-shrit and noone will be the wiser. For $13-15 bucks not a bad deal.

Comp-tac Gurkha. I have had one for every CCW I have had. Usually 4 days from the time you order till the time it gets to your mailbox. Great customer service too.
