I traded into a brand new (VAV### serial number) new 19 Gen 4 yesterday. I have owned a Gen 1 G19 (wish I had never traded) so not new to the platform. I took it to the range today and ran 180 rounds through it (100 rounds of American Eagle, 30 of Remington golden saber and 50 Speer Gold dot some +P).
It ran flawless and was accurate. It's my new SHTF sidearm and bedside gun. I am a happy camper.

I put uncle mikes rubber grips on it. It was purchased in early 1989. I think this is around the time of the switch. |
