Shot my 21 off a bench today for the first time.  At 20 yards it shot a nice group about 4 inches to the left of bullseye.  I've always noticed it shot a tad bit to the left and would like to zero it in.  It has Trijicon's installed by Top Glock which is where I bought it.  How do you correctly zero it in with and what  adjustment tool.  ( I dont want to use a punch)

If you plan on doing it yourself you will need a sight pusher tool. Cost is about $65. You want to push the sight in the direction you want the impact to move. Push the sight to the right if you want the impact to move to the right. One thing I would try first is to shoot with just the tip of your trigger finger in the Glock trigger safety. Most try to pull the trigger at the first joint. Sometimes that will cause you to shoot left and low or both.

Thanx for the help.  I found one of those at Top Glocks web sight and placed an order.

Not a flame, but perhaps its not the pistol, but your shooting technique.  Groupng to the left of target for a righty=too much or too little trigger finger.  Just a thought before you go spend $ on a pusher.

Maybe I should have someone else try it out first.  The thing is though that I was shooting with the gun very firmly supported on a sturdy platform in an indoor range and the groups I was getting were very tight.

The firm support won't matter if its a trigger control issue.  Do I understand correctly that this was the first time you've shot the pistol?  Its odd (but not impossible) for a new pistol to come with unregulated sights like that.  Remember, ideal trigger positioning is the middel of the fatty pad, not the tip, and not the joint.
